Are these prices fixed?
Prices listed are starting points, not ceilings. Every project is shaped to its actual scope — page count, depth of motion, integrations, copy support, and how custom the visual direction needs to be all affect the final figure. We'll always discuss scope and quote you a final number before any commitment.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
Within 48 hours we'll send a short questionnaire to understand your goals, audience, and current state. From there we book a 30-minute introductory call. If we're a good fit, we send a written proposal with scope, timeline, and a fixed quote. Nothing is owed until you sign.
Do you take on monthly retainers?
Occasionally — for clients we've already worked with on a project basis. Retainers usually cover ongoing design tweaks, motion refinements, content updates, and performance monitoring. Pricing is discussed case-by-case.
What if my project doesn't fit cleanly into a tier?
Most don't. The tiers are reference points — we tailor scope to fit. If you need three pages with deep motion, we'll quote somewhere between Seed and Blossom. If you need a full brand but only a one-page site, we'll quote something custom. Reach out and we'll figure it out together.
Do you write the copy too?
At the Seed tier, we expect you to provide copy. At Blossom and Bloom, we offer copy guidance — voice direction, structural recommendations, and light editing. If you need fully-written copy, we'll bring in a trusted copywriter and bill that separately (usually $300–$800 depending on scope).
Which tools do you build with?
Hand-coded HTML / CSS / JavaScript by default. For sites that need a CMS we use Sanity, Contentful, or Notion (via Super) — picked per project. We don't use page builders, drag-and-drop tools, or template systems. Every site is shaped by hand.
Where will my site be hosted?
Vercel, Netlify, or Cloudflare Pages by default — all fast, all free or near-free for the traffic levels most clients see. You own the hosting account from day one; we just deploy to it.
What if I want to make changes after launch?
All tiers include a refinement window after first delivery. Beyond that, small changes are billed hourly ($85/hour). For larger ongoing work, see the retainer note above. Bloom tier includes 30 days of post-launch support at no charge.
